In this system, a TechnoNICOL vapor barrier is placed on a support base made of profiled sheet; the barrier protects the thermal roof insulation from moisture penetrating from the inside of the building and increases the useful life of the system.
The lower layer is made of TECHNOROOF N30 mineral thermal insulation with a thickness of at least 50 mm, which gives the system the highest possible fireproofing properties.
The use of thermal insulation based on TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF 300 extrusion styrofoam as the upper layer provides the system with a number of advantages, such as lower structural weight, low water absorption, and high surface strength, which makes it possible to walk on the roof without constructing special walkways.
The product has a structural fire hazard class of K0 (15), which makes it possible to use for atticless roofs in buildings of II-V degree of fire resistance with any class of building fire hazard.
The thermal insulation layer and the waterproofing cladding are mechanically fixed to the base using TECHNONICOL telescopic fasteners.
A separation layer of fiberglass weighing at least 100 g/m2 needs to be placed between the PVC membrane and extruded polystyrene foam.
The LOGICROOF V-RP polymer membrane has a combustibility group rating of G1-G2, which is why the TN-ROOF Smart system can be used on roofs with a large area (up to 10,000 m2) without fire prevention bafflers. The system can be installed quickly, so a team of six people can lay up to 1,000 m2 of roofing per shift. LOGICROOF membranes are welded with hot air with special equipment that gives 100% reliability of welds.

The TN-ROOF Smart system is designed for application in public and industrial buildings with high loads arising during the servicing of the roof (including snow removal), as well as during inspections and maintenance of equipment placed on the roof.
