TN-ROOF Classic

This system is designed for use in buildings with a large area and a minimal volume of engineering equipment located on the roof.
  • No restrictions are set to the area of the cover
  • Ideal for public buildings where a large number of people spend a long time
  • Fire hazard class K0 (15)

Description

In this system, a TechnoNICOL vapor barrier is placed on a support base made of profiled sheet; the barrier protects the thermal roof insulation from moisture penetrating from the inside of the building. The thermal insulation layer is made of thermal insulation with TECHNOROOF N30 and TECHNOROOF V60 basalt fiber, which are non-combustible materials.

The system has certified fire hazard class K0 (15) according to GOST 30403-2012 and fire endurance of RE 15 according to FZ-123, which means a high fire resistance of the system.

TECHNOROOF N30 has lower density and is used as the bottom layer. TECHNOROOF V60 thermal insulation is used as the top layer, which distributes the external load on the bottom layer of the thermal insulation.

The thermal insulation and the waterproofing cladding are fixed to the base using TECHNONICOL telescopic fasteners.

Due to mechanical fastening and the large width of the LOGICROOF membrane rolls, the system can be installed very quickly. It is also possible to use wedge-shaped thermal insulation of rock wool, PIR, or TechnoNICOL extrusion polystyrene foam as a slope-forming layer.

LOGICROOF polymer membranes have a combustibility group rating of G1/G2, which makes it possible to use the TN-ROOF Classic system without any restrictions on the area of the roof.

The system can be installed quickly, so a team of six people can lay up to 1,000 m2 of roofing per shift.

LOGICROOF PVC membrane is welded with hot air using special equipment, which provides 100% reliability of the welded seams and a high quality of the roof.
