TN-ROOF Prof

A non-walkable roof system on a base made of concrete, cast-in-place and precast concrete slabs, with roof cladding made of polymer membrane and thermal insulation of extruded polystyrene foam.
  • Fast assembly
  • Surface strength due to the use of TechnoNICOL extrusion plates as a heat-insulation layer

Description

A system for non-walkable roofs on concrete flooring with roof cladding made of polymer membrane and polymeric thermal insulation.
The vapor barrier is made of Bipol EPP vapor barrier material or alternative materials. The layer of thermal insulation is the heat insulating material based on TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF 300 extruded foam polystyrene.

A separation layer of fiberglass weighing at least 100 g/m2 needs to be placed between the PVC membrane and extruded polystyrene foam.

The system has fire hazard class K0 (30) according to GOST 30403-2012 and fire endurance of RE 15 according to Federal Law No. 123, which makes it possible to use it for atticless roofs in buildings of I-V degree of fire resistance with any class of building fire hazard.

Area of application

The TN-ROOF Prof system is successfully used for the construction of roofs on shopping centers, industrial and civil buildings with high loads arising during the servicing of the roof (including snow removal), as well as during inspections and maintenance of equipment placed on the roof.
