TN-ROOF Optima
The TN-ROOF Optima system is successfully used for installing roofs at any time of the year for industrial, civil, residential and public buildings with load-bearing structures of precast and cast-in-place, reinforced concrete slabs.- Low extra weight on supporting structures
- High resistance to pedestrian loads
- It can be installed at any time of the year – PIR thermal insulation material can be installed in a damp environment, it does not suffer from moisture
- The system can be mounted on ribbed plates
Description
The Bipol EPP material is used as a vapor barrier on the concrete surface. The material provides reliable protection for the roof pie against vapor saturation, while remaining resistant to possible mechanical damage during installation.
The thermal insulation of the structure is made of thermal insulation plates made with hard polyisocyanurate foam (PIR), which has a combustibility group rating of G1. Due to the low thermal conductivity of the insulation, the thickness and the total weight of the system are much smaller than when traditional thermal insulation is used. The high strength of PIR plates and their resistance to concentrated loads increases the maintenance intervals for the roof.
The roof cladding is made of a LOGICROOF polymer membrane, which has a combustibility group rating of G1/G2, which, combined with PIR slabs, makes it possible to apply the TN-ROOF Optima system without any restrictions to the area of the roof. The elements of the system are mechanically fixed to the base, which significantly increases the speed of installation.
The system has fire hazard class K0 (30) according to GOST 30403-2012 and fire endurance of RE 15 according to Federal Law No. 123, which makes it possible to use it for atticless roofs in buildings of fire resistance degree II-V with any class of building fire hazard.
The fasteners used are TechnoNICOL Telescopic fasteners with self-tapping screws for concrete with a diameter of 6.3 mm.
The TN-ROOF Optima system can be used (where suitably justified) in the reconstruction of old roofs without removing the existing roofing. In this case, the old roofing performs the function of a vapor barrier layer.
